Hi there! I’m Mia, a 34-year-old healthy chef originally from the United States, now living and cooking in the heart of Dubai. My love for food began long before I stepped into a professional kitchen—back when I was just a girl helping my grandmother prepare colorful salads and hearty vegetable stews in her cozy kitchen in Vermont. She showed me that food can be both nourishing and joyful, and that cooking with care is one of the most powerful ways to show love.
What started as a short adventure brought me to Dubai eight years ago, but it quickly grew into something far greater. This city’s vibrant mix of cultures and flavors completely captivated me, and I’ve been fortunate to work in some of its most dynamic kitchens, learning from chefs who value both taste and wellness. While I’ve dabbled in many styles of cuisine, I always come back to my passion: crafting meals that fuel the body and lift the spirit.
Over the years, my approach to cooking has become more intentional. I’m deeply committed to developing recipes that support a healthy lifestyle—meals that are balanced, nutrient-rich, and full of vibrant, natural flavor. Whether it’s a colorful quinoa bowl, a hearty lentil stew, or a refreshing smoothie blend, I believe that healthy food should never feel like a compromise. It should be deeply satisfying, beautiful, and comforting in its own right.

Cooking is my way of connecting—with people, traditions, and stories. I love hearing from someone that a simple salad I made reminded them of their childhood garden, or that a turmeric lentil soup I shared helped them feel grounded during a busy week.
